Change of mind returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

- The item is unused and in original condition

- The item is returned in original packaging

- Proof of purchase is provided

- Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. - - Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Sleepy Smalls Co.

Refunds
