Meet Chrissy

Hi, I’m Chrissy, the face behind Sleepy Smalls Co.

If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re tired. Really tired. And maybe you’ve already scrolled through all the blogs, listened to the advice, and wondered why nothing seems to fit your child.

I get it, because sleep doesn’t look the same for every family, and it certainly doesn’t have to follow someone else’s “rules.”

What I can do for you

I work alongside families with smalls

from newborns right up to 12 years old.

Together, we look at what’s really going on, not just sleep itself, but all the little puzzle pieces that shape it: your child’s development, their emotions, their sensory world, and your family’s values.

From there, we build a way forward that feels doable, respectful, and actually makes sense for your life.

Some families come to me for one-on-one consults, others dive into ongoing support bundles, and many connect through local workshops. However you reach out, the support is always personal, practical, and grounded in understanding.

When I first became a mum,

I realised how lonely and overwhelming it can feel when sleep is hard.

In my mothers’ group I watched so many parents running on empty, second-guessing themselves, and blaming their child or themselves.

I knew I wanted to help change that story.

That’s what led me to study sleep support, and later specialise in working with neurodivergent families too. Because every child deserves to be seen for who they are and every parent deserves support that meets them where they’re at.

What makes this different

You won’t find strict programs or pressure here. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all sleep “fixes.”

Instead, you’ll get flexible strategies, grounded in evidence, that honour your child’s individuality and help you feel more confident.

Parents often tell me the biggest difference is that they finally feel heard and that the steps we take together feel human and manageable, not overwhelming.

A little about me

I live in Dampier with my husband, our two kids (Zoe and Ted), and Penny, our very fluffy Alaskan Malamute.

Before starting Sleepy Smalls Co., I worked in research and business development, which taught me how to dig deep, ask the right questions, and tailor support to different people’s needs. These days, I pour that same skill set into families like yours, blending the science with lived experience.

Sleep support should feel like a relief, not another pressure. My goal is to help you feel lighter, more confident, and able to enjoy parenting again.
