Sleep challenges don’t show up the same way for every child, and families deserve options that reflect real life.
I created the Dream Sleep Builder to give you a clear, flexible way to access the support you need, without locking you into a process that doesn’t fit your child or your values.
This pathway lets you choose what feels right, add support as you go, and shape things around your child’s development, their sensory needs, and the realities of your days and nights.

your journey begins here
Based here in the Pilbara, I know first hand the realities of regional living, and the pressures that come with raising kids in this part of the world.
Families come to me because I combine professional training in paediatric sleep with lived experience, offering guidance that is practical, realistic, and shaped to fit your life.
You’ve tried everything you can think of, read the blogs, asked the questions, and maybe even bought the products but nothing sticks.
Perhaps you’ve tried advice that didn’t match your child. Or you’re managing big feelings, long wake-ups, or constant changes and you’re not sure what to try next.
Maybe you simply want clarity, a plan that makes sense for your child as an individual, not as a textbook example.
Most families who arrive here are tired, unsure where to start, and carrying the mental load of trying to solve things on their own.
You’re not meant to do this alone, and you don’t have to.

With a background in research, lived experience as a regional parent, and specialist training in neurodivergence and child sleep, I created Sleepy Smalls Co to make support feel accessible and reassuring for families who can find it hard to get the right help.
Since opening in 2024, I’ve walked alongside many Pilbara and remote families, helping them feel seen, understood and more confident as they find what works for their child and their world.

This pathway is designed for families who need support that reflects real life, shifting needs, big feelings, sensory differences, changing development and unpredictable nights.
Instead of giving you a fixed plan or assuming your child fits into a typical mould, the Dream Sleep Builder gives you options that can be shaped around your situation, your values and your capacity.
If you’re craving clarity, flexibility and support that honours your child’s way of being, this pathway was built for you.
You're unsure what level of help you need, but know they need something
You want personalised sleep support without pressure or one-size-fits-all advice
Or you have a child whose sensory profile, emotions, or development make sleep feel harder
You want support that adapts as their child grows and changes
You are parenting neurodivergent children and need someone who truly understands the bigger picture
Every child is unique, and so is every family. The 1,2,3 Dream Sleep Builder gives you the flexibility to choose the kind of support that feels right, without added overwhelm.
Instead of fixed programs, you decide how we begin, how we work together, and whether you want a quick chat, a deeper dive, or ongoing guidance.
It’s a simple three step pathway that puts you in control while still giving you access to expert support when you need it.

Some families prefer to start small, others jump straight into longer term care, and many work their way through step by step. There’s no expected path, just the one that suits your situation.
And if you’re unsure where to start, reach out. We’ll figure it out together.

At Sleepy Smalls Co., I take an integrated, whole-child approach. Sleep doesn’t exist in isolation — it’s connected to nutrition, sensory needs, emotional wellbeing, daily rhythms, and your child’s stage of development. I look at how all of these pieces work together, and where we can gently re-align them.
I’ve also built a trusted network of medical and allied health professionals, so if extra support is needed, I can help connect you with the right people. Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all plan, I work alongside you to create strategies that truly fit your family’s values, needs, and capacity — support that feels realistic, respectful, and responsive.
All of my strategies are grounded in current sleep science, child development research, and the principles of respectful, responsive parenting. I work with your child’s nervous system — never against it.
If you're feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in a cycle that isn’t working for your family, it might be time for extra support. You don’t need to wait for a crisis, sleep support is for every kind of family, at every stage.
Sleepy Smalls Co. uses responsive, attachment-aware and neuroaffirming approaches that centre your child’s wellbeing and your values as a parent. Cry It Out (CIO) is not part of our usual practice. However if a family wishes to explore it, we can ensure it’s done safely, with empathy and support... Zero judgement here.
Absolutely. You don’t need a diagnosis, or even a concern to access support. Many families just want a little help understanding their smalls' sleep (and the numerous changes and disruptions along the way!), and that’s exactly what we’re here for.
Yes. If we're meeting in person, smalls are always welcome to join! Observing your child during the consultation helps us to get to know them and their needs better. The clinic space is child-friendly, with plenty to keep them entertained while we chat... and we expect a bit of messy chaos — we’re parents of little people too.
That depends on your child’s needs and your family’s capacity. Some families see change in a few days, others may take several weeks. The goal isn’t perfection, but progress that feels sustainable for your whole household.
Sleepy Smalls Co. supports families from birth through to 12 years old, with developmentally tailored support for newborns, toddlers, school-aged children, and neurodivergent kids.
Get direct access to Chrissy through the secure online client portal chat for 7 days. This add-on gives you space to ask questions, clarify advice, and feel reassured as you put strategies into practice.
A flexible pack of four 45-minute consultations you can use in-clinic, online, by phone, or in-home (within 25km, with travel add-ons available).
Each session includes personalised advice, intake review, and a follow-up summary so you always leave with clear next steps.
This pack makes a thoughtful baby shower gift, offers steady guidance for newborn families, and is the perfect backup during sleep regressions.
With flexible scheduling, you can book sessions close together or spread them out across the year.
Parenting wasn’t meant to be done alone and modern life makes it even harder. Sleepless nights, endless advice, and the pressure to “get it right” can leave you running on empty.
You don’t have to wait until you’re at breaking point to ask for help. Building a support team is one of the best gifts you can give yourself and your child. I’m here to be part of that team.
My approach is always flexible, respectful, and neuroinclusive, so every family feels seen, supported, and understood.
Together, we’ll find strategies that feel doable and right for your child, your values, and your family’s flow helping you step out of survival mode and into calmer nights.
