1. Introduction
At Sleepy Smalls Co, we are committed to minimising our environmental impact and upholding strong ethical standards. Our approach
intentionally integrates sustainability and ethical responsibility into all areas of our operations, with the goal of contributing positively to both our
local community and the broader environment.
2. Environmental Impact
Office sharing and subleasing is a core practice in how we manage our physical footprint. We intentionally reduce the number of clinic days and
share rooms where possible, while actively exploring sublease opportunities that maximise space utilisation. This reduces our environmental
footprint and promotes the efficient use of energy and materials.
Our digital-first operations significantly minimise paper usage. All billing, receipts, client documents, and intake forms are processed
electronically, streamlining administration while reducing waste.
Educational resources are also delivered in digital format whenever possible. Not only does this reduce printing needs, but it ensures our
materials are easily updated, widely accessible, and environmentally sustainable.
3. Ethical Considerations
Transparency and integrity guide every element of our client experience. We communicate clearly and honestly about our services, pricing, and
support options, fostering trust and setting realistic expectations. Our commitment to ethical conduct builds long-term, values-aligned
relationships.
Community engagement is central to our mission. We actively participate in community hubs, collaborate with local health providers, and
contribute to events and initiatives that support families in the Pilbara. Our presence is not just as a service provider, but as a local partner
working to strengthen collective wellbeing.
Employee wellbeing is a priority in our workplace practices. Flexible working arrangements, ergonomic setups, and a culture of mutual respect
are embedded in how we operate. These practices support the mental and physical health of team members and contribute to a positive, high-
quality service experience for the families we support.
4. Integration of Sustainability and Ethics
Environmental sustainability and ethical responsibility are not treated as standalone policies at Sleepy Smalls Co—they are embedded into every
facet of how we operate. From clinic space management and digital systems to community partnerships and employee support, we are
committed to running a business that prioritises people, planet, and purpose. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, accessible sleep support services
while making a measurable, positive impact.
